Shipping

  • Free Shipping (Lower 48 US States Only)
    We work with multiple third-party delivery partners for delivery and do not currently offer expedited or 2-day shipping. We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes.
  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

Da professionista del settore, la miglior scrivania mai provata, sistema RGB pazzesco tutto controllato da bluetooth con una app con 180 effetti diversi. Molto robusta e il piano temperato davvero resistente, anche ai liquidi. Molti accessori inclusi, tappetino XXL, porta cuffie doppio, porta tazza/bottiglia, porta pad o altro con hub USB integrato e chiaramente una staffa sotto per mettere una ciabatta o altro e per ottimizzare il cable management. Il prezzo 349 perfetto, se la trovate a meno non finite nemmeno di leggere la mia recensione prendetelo immediatamente. Unico difetto se proprio devo trovarlo è che non c'è un interruttore per spegnerla ma lo si può fare dalla app o chiaramente spegnendo la ciabatta o scollegandola dalla corrente... Ma sinceramente perché spegnerla? Molto luminosa anche di giorno.

Very solid table with a tempered glass top so easy to clean.
The light patterns are mesmerising, I could watch them all night!
Easilly controlled through an android app. It's simple to assemble
Although more expensive than a standard table you won't be disappointed!

Second desk I’ve ordered from here. Both arrived with broken glass. Despite that, both times were a great experience due to a quick response from customer service and a quick replacement sent. Love both desk, both functional and a great conversation piece for anyone who sees it.

Excellent game desk but...

The desk is aesthetically pleasing to look at with its glossy black surface and RGB lighting which has a variety of color patterns. The standing capabilities are great except that the level sensor might be too sensitive. I have a monitor off to the side, leaving my laptop and speakers towards the center. So, when I use the stand feature it says the desk is off balance. However if I put everything in the center then the standing feature works. I've used other office desks which didn't have this problem.
