We have two warehouses locations for faster delivery of your orders. Your order will ship from either our California or Texas warehouse depending on your shipping address and/or available inventory. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or major holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to things like inclement weather, FedEx issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other acts beyond our control. However, we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We only use Fedex Ground shipping as a delivery method for all our orders. Currently, we are not able to offer expedited shipping or 2-day shipping on any of our products due to the dimensions and weight of our products.
Order Status and Tracking Numbers
Once your order has been processed, we will email you your order status updates and tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details in the account you created during the checkout process.
Items Damaged in Transit
Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced under our guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at (844) 416-2090 or during normal business hours, feel free to reach a customer rep via chat. Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we verify receipt, you will be issued a full refund. This usually takes a few business days.
Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and schedule a pick-up. You must have the original packaging & box and the product must be in 100% resalable condition to receive a full refund or exchange. If the original packaging/box has been destroyed or thrown away, you are responsible for acquiring a new shipping box. Once we receive the return shipment, and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or issue a store credit. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after we receive the product for a refund to be issued.
Damaged and Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at (844) 416-2090 or on Live Chat. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and schedule a pick up for the damaged or defective product. We will gladly ship out a replacement product or issue a refund/store credit.
