Return & Refund Information

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and schedule a pick-up. We suggest that you keep the original packaging during your 30-day trial. If for some reason you do not have it, please let your Customer Service Team Member know so they can send a replacement. Once we receive the return shipment, we will process your full refund. Please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
