  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

I’ve only had it for 3 days but I like this recliner so far. Fabric is comfortable and the reclining function is steady. Good quality for long lasting.

Not very comfortable

I am 5 foot four, but I have short legs. The chair works well, but a little hard and the seat part is Ilong so have to push myself into it to get to the back, which is rather difficult wh when I have a bad back. If you're not using it for therapeutic reasons, it should be great.
