Free Shipping (Lower 48 US States Only)
We know how important fast and free shipping is to our customers. We provide free shipping on all of our products. (Limited to the lower 48 US states only) Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will be charged additional shipping fees. Please contact customer service for a shipping quote at 844-416-2090.
Your order requires 1~2 business days for shipment processing and will be shipped from our fulfillment centers that are closest to your shipping address. Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and not guaranteed.
Please keep in mind, shipping and transit time are estimates and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to things like inclement weather, shipping issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other situations beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We use third party mail couriers as the delivery method for all our orders. Currently, we are not able to offer expedited shipping or 2-day shipping on any of our products.
Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.
Reroute the Shipment
- Items ordered but not shipped：We cannot change the shipping address that you provided at checkout. You are 100% responsible for using the correct shipping address when placing an order. Before we ship, you can contact us to cancel the order and repurchase with the correct address.
- Items shipped but not delivered: If the item has been shipped but not yet delivered, we will contact the carrier to return the package and initiate the return process. Once the warehouse confirms receipt, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refund. This is usually 20% of the purchase price, so please keep this in mind before making a purchase.
- Items delivered: If the item has already been delivered to the address you originally used when placing the order, we will be unable to reroute the package, and we are not responsible for any costs and losses incurred as a result.
Products hasn't Arrived
We do our best to work with our customers when an order is marked delivered by the shipper but reported missing. In these cases, we are happy to send a replacement order once we complete our inquiry with the shipper, but we are not able to offer returns on these orders due to potential fraud. If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received any packages, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Undeliverable and Refused Package
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.
- Items unshipped: Most orders will be shipped out on the same day when the customers place them, so please let us know immediately if you want to cancel your order. If your order has not yet shipped, we could cancel it free of charge. Generally, the cancellation success rate is higher if you contact us within 6 hours after placing an order.
- Items shipped: If the item has already been shipped, we cannot directly cancel the order for you. In this case, you will need to receive the goods and then go through the return process. Once the warehouse confirms receipt, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refund. This is usually 20% of the purchase price, so please keep this in mind before making a purchase.
Note: For some specially designed products, to ensure you enjoy a higher level of service and experience, we will arrange for professional customer service personnel to contact you before the product is shipped. They will provide detailed information on product maintenance, transportation, and return policies. Please feel free to answer calls from +1 (844) 416-2090. If we are unable to reach you successfully within 24 hours, in order to ensure the optimal protection of the product's user experience, we may have to cancel your order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
- Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.
- All product issue inquiries may be best informed us within 30 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 30 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.
- Please note that we do not cover the repair fee if unauthorized handyman services were hired.
