Easy Return & Refunds
Ⅰ. 30 Day Return Policy
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item in its original condition. While we offer free shipping to you, if you return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This helps us keep our product costs affordable. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund, including any applicable taxes. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Pro Tip: The number one reason for returns is sizing. As the adage goes, be sure to “measure twice” and select the right product for you. Our customer care team is always available to help!
Ⅱ. Cancellations & Refunds - Timing is everything
1. Cancel within 24 hours of ordering: Full refund
2. Cancel after 24 hours but before delivery: Full refund received, minus a 20% processing charge.
3. Return after delivery:
a. Within 30 days: Refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
b. After 30 days: Returns are not accepted, but part replacements may be available under our warranty policy.
Ⅲ. Return Requirements
1. Items must be in like-new condition—no scratches, stains, damage, drilling, or modifications.
2. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
a. If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us so we can work through this with you to ensure we get the product back safely and efficiently. Failure to do so may result in oversized fees charged by third-party mail couriers, which can exceed $1,500, and you would be responsible for.
b. A $50-$100 repackaging fee will apply.
c. We will walk you through how to carefully repackage the item to prevent damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Ⅳ. We cannot accept returns for:
1. Clearance items (unless damaged upon arrival and reported within 72 hours).
2. Items marked“non-returnable”on the product page.
3. Without original packaging or serious damage to the original packaging.
4. Items purchased from third-party sellers (Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, etc.). Please work directly with them on any issues, as their return policy applies to your purchase not ours.
Ⅴ.Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right. We’re also happy to offer cleaning, care, and repair tips.

VI. Retail Purchase Returns
Our return policy applies to any product purchased on eurekaergonomic.com. Items purchased from a verified Eureka Ergonomic Retail Partner have partner specific policies and are not subject to the Eureka Ergonomic return policy.
