Desk is solid, made out of sturdy, high quality parts and is not flimsy at all. Had it put together in average time expected. The in-desk LEDs look great through the pattern on the glass desktop! My only two complaints are that I wish the LEDs were a bit brighter, and there was a problem with one desk leg where I was supposed to put an extra two screws in for stability. There was LED wiring in the holes and no way to actually secure the screws in there.
I was excited to see this show up at my door. It was easy to assemble. It is very well packaged and very well made. But it is much too small for someone my size and the headrest is too far back to really be of any use. Unfortunately I've already cut up the box and tossed all the packaging, so I guess I'm stuck with it.
love the stool would like someone to call Fred [****] to discuss the chair
Overall a great desk. Im still amazed with how nice this desk is for the money. From the packaging to the build quality everything is top notch. Assembly only took about 10 minutes and it completely elevated the vibe in our game room. Will definitely be purchasing more items from Eureka.
The Chair arrived approximately when it was supposed to. I wasn't in a rush so the delay wasn't an issue. The "some assembly required" was on point but fortunately I had tools that made it somewhat easier. The only difficulty was attaching the arm to the brace. A simple statement in the instructions to compress the covering on the arm would have helped. If there is a criticism it relates to the instructions. I really get a kick out of assembling stuff without instructions but everyone is not wired the way I am. I would recommend having someone assemble the chair and record their steps.
As to the chair itself, the color was very close to your online options, and it looks great with the balance of my office, and it is very comfortable to sit in for extended periods of computer time.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered a stone dining table from Eureka at the end of April. The table arrived with a broken stone top. While disappointing, I understood that damage can happen during shipping, especially with heavy stone furniture. I contacted customer support, and they assured me they would send a replacement table and arrange for the damaged top to be removed.
A week later, a delivery crew showed up with another 400-pound stone tabletop—but informed me they had no instructions to remove the original broken one. As a result, I was left with TWO massive 8-foot, 400-pound stone tabletops sitting in my downstairs living area, taking up nearly my entire first floor. Neither table could be assembled, and nobody seemed to know who was responsible for removing the damaged one.
After spending days trying to reach someone, I finally got through to customer service. I was told they were "working on it." Then I heard absolutely nothing for another week.
With guests coming over and no resolution in sight, I hired a team of movers at my own expense to assemble the replacement table. It was only then that I discovered Eureka had sent only ONE table leg. The second leg was missing entirely, making assembly impossible. The movers still charged me for their travel and labor, then had to leave without being able to complete the job.
At this point, I had thousands of pounds of stone sitting in my home, piles of cardboard, Styrofoam, and packaging material everywhere, a broken table nobody would remove, and a replacement table that couldn't even be assembled because the company failed to send all the parts.
When I requested a refund, I was told they would send another team to assemble the table once the missing leg arrived—in about 10 days—and that the broken tabletop would supposedly be removed at the same time. By then, I had completely lost confidence in anything they promised. After weeks of mistakes, delays, broken communication, and additional costs that I incurred because of their incompetence, there was zero chance that response would satisfy me.
The furniture looks beautiful online. Unfortunately, the people and processes behind the furniture are some of the worst I have ever experienced. What should have been a straightforward furniture purchase turned into weeks of frustration, wasted time, unnecessary expenses, and a house full of unusable stone slabs.
I don't particularly care how Eureka chooses to handle my case at this point. I simply want other buyers to know what they're getting into before spending their money. The product photos may look great, but the customer service, logistics, communication, and overall customer experience have been absolutely horrendous.
One of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had.
Update I eventually decided to take the free install because I had zero choice and the company would not refund me any of my money for the abysmal customer service. I was told that the new table was gonna be built on a Wednesday the company that Eureka economics subcontracted to have the table built agreed to come on a Wednesday morning. They texted me all night Tuesday called me about 12 times trying to get me to reschedule. I am very busy so I was unable to and they said they would accommodate the original time they agreed upon. Of course they did not show up as promised proceeded to text me and tell me that it would be Tuesday at the soonest.
Buying and putting together a table has now become a month-long ordeal. There are lots of similar tables out there don’t make the mistake I did and buy from this company. You will absolutely regret every second of it.
Update I wrote the body of this review everything prior to this paragraph right here at the very beginning of June they have attempted to send out three crews to build my table and they say today it’ll work it’s July 17
BUYER BEWARE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PIECE AND YOU DON’T WANNA HAVE TO TAKE ON A SECOND JOB IN ORDER TO GET YOUR TABLE BUILT YOUR BETTER OFF EATING ON A CARDBOARD BOX.

Elegant, beautiful easy to assemble! Supports my lumbar muscles well! Highly recommend this chair! Service fast! Packaging was extremely professional!
Shipped slightly damaged but after i put it together with the mouse pad i was extremely surprised on how good it is with the build quality
Using it for my UPS. It was 30lbs of awkward to pick up battery backup that was a dust magnet. Now it is off the floor and easy to move when I'm dusting.
Gaps in joints. Drawer doesn’t slide in evenly.
Chair is fine, but note that the seat is very curved. If you have hip issues this can make them worse because your hip joints are being lifted up on the outside and falling to the middle on the inside. Also note the return policy where you can't damage the packaging and have to pack it up exactly, send proof, then pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee, which is ridiculous for buying something you really should sit in before you buy. So make sure you look at everything. I hope this review helps; I have wide hips and this chair hurts to sit in after a while. So I may just sell secondhand to get my money back instead of trying to return it.
Dear CC,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the seat design did not provide the comfort you expected, especially during longer periods of use.
The chair is designed with a contoured seat to provide ergonomic support and encourage proper posture, but we understand that comfort preferences can vary depending on body shape, sitting habits, and personal needs. Your feedback regarding the seat curvature and overall comfort experience is very valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product team for future consideration.
We also understand your concerns about the return experience. We recognize that choosing the right chair can be a very personal decision, and we appreciate your feedback on how we can make our policies and communication clearer for customers before purchase.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@eurekaergonomic.com — our team will be happy to assist.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for helping us improve.

Incredibly comfortable. Best purchase ever
I find this chair to be uncomfortable and lacking adjustability. With the seatback in the locked position, it is tilted back much more than I would like, so if I sit upright at my desk, I have little to no back support. I'm 6'5," and the armrests sit too high for me, which pushes up on my shoulders and gives me terrible shoulder and neck pain within 15 minutes of working. After trying to adapt to the chair for a couple of weeks, I reached out and asked if I could exchange it for another model, and they told me I would have to take a $443.38 hit to exchange it for another chair. Long story short...I think the chair sucks, and the customer service is terrible. Unless you've tried one of their chairs out and know it will work for you, I would avoid buying anything from this company because you will likely take a 50% hit for restocking, shipping, etc. I would never order from here again.
Dear Tyler,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the chair did not provide the level of comfort and support you were expecting.
We understand that finding the right ergonomic chair can be very personal, especially for users with taller body frames. At 6'5', proper armrest height, seat depth, and back support are especially important, and we appreciate you sharing your experience so we can continue improving our products.
We’re also sorry to hear that your exchange experience did not meet your expectations. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we always want our customers to feel supported throughout their ownership experience.
Please contact us by calling 1-844-416-2060 or emailing [customerservice@eurekaergonomic.com], and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

The texture of the leather is super smooth, not pebbled, but still feels luxe. I’m a therapist who occasionally needs the height feature for my desk, but found the rollers to be a pain when sitting and getting up, so I replaced them with some stationary chair sliders from Amazon, and now I have the perfect setup!
Great quality, easy to build, and it had plenty of room for my giant PC tower.
Great, high-quality desk. The legs were a pain to attach, but that was the worst part of the build.
Easy to set up chair that to me about 20 minutes. Comfortable. Looks solid.

I originally purchased the Typhon II Hybrid Ergonomic Gaming Chair using my HSA funds, hoping it would be a healthier replacement for my office chair. After using it for a while, I can honestly say it was worth it.
The biggest difference I've noticed is how much better my back feels throughout the workday. The ergonomic support is excellent, and I no longer feel as stiff or sore after sitting for long periods. It has been a huge upgrade from the old office chair I was using, which had been passed down between multiple employees over the years.
The chair feels solid, comfortable, and well-built. It provides plenty of support without feeling too firm, and the adjustments make it easy to find a comfortable position whether I'm working or relaxing.
If you're spending several hours a day at your desk and are looking for a quality ergonomic chair, I'd definitely recommend giving the Typhon II a look.
Exactly what I wanted comfortable and beautiful
It’s cloth. Not cool
