the material caved in and went from comfy to squished in within 4 months of use. There is cracking sound every time I move the chair back and forth, I have lower back pain because of the lack of support BECAUSE the seat caved in and the material decayed. Now the bottom support is wobbling, I only expect it to get worse.
so I was looking around for something like this that says it supports my PC case for a while, most were stated to be slightly small for my case but this one says my case is within spec, while my case does fit it doesn't seem to be ideal as the upper support is what's holding it on the lower support I've had to reseat it and retighten it a couple times, also the instructions say to fully assemble it before mounting to the desk but it would be much easier to mount it without the extra shifting weight the support add.
Do not buy the Lucia recliner shown on their website. It is not ergonomic and when you sit on it for longer than 45 minutes, your lower back and bottom will begin to ache. When you try to fully recline, there is no locking mechanism, so the chair back continuously starts to return to the sitting position. I have to wedge my arm in the opening to keep the chair fully reclined (see photo). It is also advertised on the website as "white", there is nothing white about the recliner, it is a light gray (see photo). The chair is very pretty but it is not comfortable at all. I very much regret making the purchase.
Everything when well with the desk installation until I got to monitor stand. I tightened down the screws from the bottom and the screw popped out the top on one side. I submitted a ticket to support and their answer was loosen the screw. The damage was already done and the top is cracked from the screw coming through it. Bad process in manufacturing and bad customer service.
Have not received anything and am disappointed
Well, I had high hopes for this desk and nothing has gone according to plan. E16 error keeps occurring, I've tried everything possible and now I'm stuck with it in the standing position which obviously, wasn't the point of purchasing this desk. Thinking of returning at this point.

Desk looks and operates great! No issues so far and it's a great conversation piece as well!
The chair took about 3 minutes to unpack and assemble. When I pick up the chair to move it, the seat comes apart from the base. That’s my only complaint. The chair is so comfortable and provides support even though it’s so plush. Very soft and comfortable!

The sofa gathered crookedly as the mounts were not properly installed by the manufacturer.
A no-frills desk. Clean and functional workspace. Assembly was not too difficult and can be done solo.
Very nice home office desk and was easy to assemble. We are happy we purchased a 63" as it holds all we need.
It came very well packed. All parts were perfect. Everything lined up. The height adjustment feature was the main reason I bought it.
