I contacted the company about returning the chair and I was then informed there is a $50- $100 restocking fee!!! There was no mention of this before the purchase. I think that is really overboard. you have to show some kind of damage in order to not pay an restocking fee.

The desk is very well made and sturdy, was mostly a simple assembly, and the rgb is surprisingly robust! Room needs to be dark to get the most out of the rgb.

Motor is quick and responsive to switch from sitting and standing, and it’s programmable heights have been a time saver.

Only complaint is the app. It’s very clean and intuitive, but you can’t use it without location setting on which can be a major turn off to some people. Otherwise it gives you several options to fully customize the light from colors, brightness, even to the flow pattern!

If you’re okay with the app and price, I’d say go for it!

Love it, easy to assemble. Packaged well to reduce chances of damage in shipping. The desktop arrives in a wood crate. Make sure you have help to get it where you need to unpackage it.

This chair is insanely comfy and of excellent quality. Especially good for folks on the smaller side like me - it can be really hard to find a chair where the head rest is not too high. My tall boyfriend still finds it works for him too. Looks beautiful in my house. Amazing for surgery healing. Highly recommend!!!

As others have said, the packaging was impressive. More thought went into their packaging than most companies give to the design of the products themselves! I really can't say enough about the packaging...you'll have to see it to fully understand. The packaging gets 10 stars out of 5. Have had the desk for a week now. The desk seems to be very high quality construction. The desk is stable, components work well. Only complaint is that they could have given more thought to cord management. It's OK, nothing wrong per se, but they could have done better with designing internal channels for cords. That is the only reason I didn't give the desk 5 stars. If the appearance of cords isn't an issue for you (i.e. your desk is along a wall and could hide the cords...mine is in the middle of the room so no opportunity to hide the cords) then you will have no complaints about the desk. Despite the above cord comment, the desk did exceed my expectations in functionality, appearance and construction quality. Everyone that has come into my office has commented on how nice it looks. It was a good purchase.

I am beyond ecstatic with these side tables! They are exactly as pictured, if not better. I’m obsessed and I am using them for my 14 pound chihuahua and she loves it! Highly recommend. Also - it comes pre built, all you need to do it attach the legs!

There were a few scratches and even a couple of loose screws. A little disappointed with this purchase.

This is a quality cat tree and my kitties love it.

Long shipping time, poorly manufactured with cheap parts and plastic. Holes do not line up for assembly. Plastic is not very sturdy. Chair foam is not comfortable at all. Doubt it will last more than a year.

I like it except for 2 issues: I am 5’4 and feet don’t tough ground so hard to swivel or rock. And I wish it had adjustable lumbar support like in my car. Where the top meets bottom is a dip and I need it to be raised. I’m searching for the perfect lumbar pillow to fill that gap.

Unfortunately the screws were stripped which left arms loose on 1 side.

I love the desk! It was easy and not complicated to set it up. Took a while but not hard!!

I purchased this chair with high expectations, but unfortunately, it did not meet them. Good things, the quality feels fine, delivery was super fast.
Not so good, the assembly process- it actually requires two people or one very strong :) This made putting it together much more difficult than expected. Once assembled, i found the design unsuitable for someone of my height (5"2) The seat is too wide, and in order to reach the backrest for support, i have to sit very into the chair. However , the angle of the seat cushion causes me to slide down constantly, forcing endless adjustment.
Sadly, i discovered these issues after the 30 day return period had passed, so i cannot return or exchange it. On a positive note ,i would like to thank customer representative Sam, who at least made an effort to provide support, even though a solution wasn't possible.

Awesome chair! I thought putting it together would be a hassle, but it was actually super easy. It feels really solid and comfortable. I work from home every day, so having a chair that supports my back is a big deal.

I’m no ergonomics expert, just someone who spends a lot of time at the computer. I’ve tried everything from cheap supermarket chairs to a $400 one that was still awful. Spending big on this chair felt like a gamble.

but wow—it paid off. After a year and a half, I’ve had almost no discomfort: no back pain, no shoulder pain, nothing. I can sit for hours with just a few stretches and feel fine. The adjustable armrests give me space, and the cushion design keeps things breathable. Compared to my old chairs, it’s night and day. Totally worth it.

Bought it for my bf and he’s in love with it. Pretty easy to assemble and great quality. We love the lights

The chair itself is great quality. However the highest it will go measuring from the seat to the floor is about 19.5"-20" as compared to most chairs that go as high as 22"-23". This won't be a problem if you have a low desk or are under 6ft. I am 6'2" and it was uncomfortable for my legs and for my desk that sits higher than most standard desks. Ended up giving the chair to my receptionist who is 5'9" and he loves it.

This is my first sit to stand table and it's amazing. So easy to use, easy to setup, great settings, lots of space. Love it!
