I work from home full-time, so I spend hours in my chair every day. I was looking for something that would provide both comfort and support, and this chair definitely delivers. The cushion is soft and well-padded, but still firm enough to give my back proper support. The headrest and backrest are perfect for leaning back and taking short breaks. I also love the elegance of the design—it looks fantastic in my office. The flip-up armrests are incredibly convenient when I need more space, and the chair glides smoothly on the floor. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase!

Chair arrived broken. Called customer service and was told to send an email. 3 emails later I have not been contacted. For a $400 purchase, this is beyond disappointing. Additionally, the chair is not comfortable, and the adjustable bits constantly slip out of place. I regret buying this chair 100%

The chair feels sturdy while the base and back are reasonably comfortable after a few weeks of usage. However, the arm rest pads are lacking in cushioning and become uncomfortable after a while.

ordered the ark es desk but the boxes did not contain any hardware and contained the wrong desk top (black leather vs cherry finish). having to wait 10 days for replacement items. 5 stars for their customer service team, specifically Su, who has been extremely helpful in resolving this issue. I love this desk! It's pretty large for my space but it has made working from home so much better. It's also great for gaming and gives me so much more space to utilize. The only thing I wish it had were a larger tray for my power bank, but other than that, it's perfect. Time will tell how it holds up but so far it's sturdy and hasn't had any issues. Some reviews have said the lights don't do anything but I don't see why. Unless you're using them in full daylight, they're bright enough and don't distract from my screens.
Amazing! It is sturdy, looks great and works great. Heavy to bring into the home and will require two people. Assembly had lots of parts but relatively easy to construct, just pay attention to which side should be up as that isn’t marked on the pieces. We had to redo a couple things before we got it right.
Truly an amazing desk! Easy to put together and is rock solid and quiet. Loving my new desk.

So I was a little skeptical about this desk going in but after building it I'm not in love. It's built super solid with great hardware. The layout is perfect for one monitor or three! Only con is the shelves are not deep enough for big monitor stands so you maybe need a arm stand that mounts on the back of the desk or may need to remove the middle shelf all together. Kinda a downside but easily fixable with a deeper shelf in a future version. But all in all 5 stars for me regardless.
Heavy items. Two boxes for the desk and both arrived in damaged. Packaging needs improvement as that seems to be the week point. Desk has sustained damage during transport. Support seems to be communicating well so far. Hope to have a positive outcome. Love the desk. Will adjust review if support handles the damage.

I should say from the jump: this is an incredibly comfortable and stylish chair. But I really bought it for the size. It’s great to sit with my legs folded under me, to share with one or even two pets, to just lean back and relax in. This is definitely the luxe version of the office chair, but, hey, it’s where I spend most of my days so it’s worth it! (My dog also gives it 5 stars from her comfy position right next to me)

I’ve been using the Galene Leather Office Chair for a few weeks, and I am truly impressed. The design is sleek and modern, blending perfectly into my office decor. The comfort is unmatched for a chair at this price. The soft cushion is firm yet plush, and the back and headrest offer great support for my posture. I can sit for hours without feeling any discomfort, and the flip-up armrests allow me to move freely or tuck the chair under my desk when not in use. The chair feels solid and safe, and the Class 4-certified gas spring makes me feel secure. This chair is a great investment for anyone looking for comfort and style.
Instructions were okay. The adjustable support is kinda wonky. The legs of the chairs had this weird brown coating, kinda like rust? Not sure. Chair is comfy-ish
