the process to get missing parts to us feels like jumping through hoops. We were excited about the lounge but it is fading. I hope we receive the parts soon.

Great desk- solid, attractive and looks great in the room.

Desk has been great so far, only had it for a few weeks now but the assembly was fairly simple for 2 people to do together. Lift works as expected and seems sturdy

This is the most satisfying cpu cart I have ever bought. I really like its lighting settings.

The lighting is very cool! I like to play computer games with the lights off, and the cpu cart is even more eye-catching at that time!

This desk is perfect! I spent a lot of time measuring it out before I purchased and it’s exactly what I needed in my space. It took about 2 hours to assemble.

Put together in about 45 minutes by myself. Chair is comfortable and supports my back which is why I purchased it. Recommend for those who sit at their desk for hours.

I ordered & received one Galene chair with no issues--it's been a fine chair the first month. One of my assistants was in need of a chair & liked the one I got, so we ordered a second one. The order was delayed/put on hold because apparently my IP address & shipping address were "risky" for Eureka. I was ordering from the same computer, sending to the same shipping address & using the same credit card. I emailed a copy of a company utility bill to verify our address, & then got an email response from Customer Service that the order I was inquiring about had already been delivered! I then called Customer Service & was unable to get a straight answer about the situation, so I ended up cancelling the second order. I've noted other Customer Service issues in reviews, so I thought I'd relay my experience for prospective customers of Eureka.

It’s a good looking chair but it doesn’t go high enough. Compared to the chair I have owned there is nothing different in features wise. It’s too pricey compared with what I have owned . This is an additional chair for my office.

Not sure if this will be read but I am considering returning the chair as it could use more cushion. The issue is that it'll cushy at first but after an hour or so, the cushion completely deflates and it feels hard to sit on.

Slightly disappointed.

It's looks nice and makes it easy to mount monitors. I have two 27" monitors and was able to mount them at the right height and spacing for me.

Highly recommend! Great chairs if you have back issues and need support. We got these chairs for my dad because he has back issues. They’re also great even if you don’t have back issues because they provide support and comfort in all the right places. Additionally, wonderful material and color for the price.

The chair is great 👍🏽, I have no complaints, the delivery was surprisingly quick and fast. The chair was fairly easy to assemble, I enjoyed building it. I like how comfortable the chair is, I will say that the armrests could had used a little bit more padding but that's not a big deal for me. I am satisfied with my purchase, and yes, I do recommend this merchandise.

I wanted to love this filing cabinet, but it is very cheaply made, and I have not been able to get the drawers properly aligned so they do not rub together. I have to pull up on the top drawer to even get the bottom drawer to close when using the spaces marked on the pieces from the factory.

Love love love the desk but there’s just a scratch in the black paint but other than that it’s great !

I got it on sale for 100$ and it is definitely worth the money. Its pretty stable overall and has ample space on the desk itself.

Received my desk in short order and excellent condition. Assembly was straight forward, however one of the pieces was different than the depiction in the instructions but located similarly and performed the same function, so didn't complicate the process. Desk seems sturdy and accommodates my setup. The keyboard tray is an excellent accessory.

Arrived in good and safe packaging! Heavy and sturdy! I love the color so much and it fits my home office!

New desk got our Administrative Assistant. She loves the desk and likes that she can sit or stand. Nice quality and value for the price.

The media console looks great in our living room. It's sturdy. The integrated lights connected to their app is fun. The number of feet on the bottom take a minute to adjust if you want it all plumb.
One of our key decisions on choosing this console was based on the dimensions displayed, those dimensions ended up being inaccurate and after we built it we found we couldn't use it as intended. The dimensions appear to have been fixed now and Eureka did made things right. Their console and customer service get 5 stars, but our overall experience this time was down to a 4. We'll continue to purchase from Eureka though. We like their product.

Super easy to assemble. I did it solo in about 30 minutes, but with another person, you can do it in 20.
