Wonderful desk! Exactly what I needed. Easy to put together, easy to operate and looks very good in my home office.
The print was a little small
on the instructions. Little hard to adjust with the computer monitor on it

It was easy to assemble. It's comfortable. I'm not able to get the foot rest back down into place with my legs. I have to climb out of the chair, get on my knees in front of it and push the footrest down until it re-latches. This is a pretty big flaw, for me. (5' 5", 59 y/o female).
I love the chair! It's very comfortable, and I have had no issues with it so far. Easy to assemble, too.

I was initially concerned about the weight capacity of the boards, but after receiving it, I found it to be very sturdy. The desk feels incredibly solid!

The online pictures make this chair look slightly off-white. No. This chair is a cool gray. It is not subtly gray. It’s just gray, which does not match my decor. The chair was also not vacuumed, so there was loose fur flying all over upon opening the box and removing packaging. It makes me worry about the longevity of this fabric and if it will continue to shed. The chair structure is fine and the swivel is nice.

Before i bought this chair i had a secret lab omega that i got in 2020 but in the years since it has caused me back pain. I just got this chair in 2025 and it’s amazing and it’s only been a couple days buts it’s helped my back pain substantially.
First of all, customer support is 10/10. Very happy with Sam's responsiveness.
I would not recommend the chair, though. To be fair, at this price range one needs to set appropriate expectations. And, visually, it's elegant. But it's poorly made. It is wobbly around its central axis (I suspect the vertical fit around the gas cylinder is not tight enough), and the seat is uncomfortable: it's hard, like there isn't enough padding. The chair is also on the smaller side; from the pictures, I was under the impression that it was bigger, though this is less of an issue.
So, as much as I appreciate Eureka Ergonomic's support, this chair is definitely not for me. I imagine it may fit the needs of someone looking for a budget item and not expecting to spend many hours on it.
Desk arrived damaged. EE responded to my email same day, had replacement delivered to me within week. Was easy to assemble, parts clearly labeled. Looks great set up, sturdy, highly recommend getting one.

I loved the look of these file cabinets with the desk and chair that I purchases. While they work fine, they are not as deep as I had thought so wasn’t able to put all of my files in the 2 cabinets. If that is not your issue, they are great files.
Good find for a comfy chair! Easy to put together! As I add to my home work area this was a perfect chair as it is ergonomically designed to be comfortable for those long work days. Would recommend if need for comfortable chair in your home or office.

The back height was what I was looking for.
This product was delivered very promptly. However I am extremely disappointed that it is not “saddle leather” as advertised. It is vinyl & the wood stain on the frame has unfinished spots. Very poor quality for a $950 chair. I will be returning
