  • Free Shipping (Lower 48 US States Only)
    We work with multiple third-party delivery partners for delivery and do not currently offer expedited or 2-day shipping. We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes.
  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.


Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

  • But if you have any concerns and wish to return the product, please reach out to our Customer Care Experts. We offer solutions to help you fix what’s wrong, so you can keep and love the things you buy. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return of all.
  • If the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, please call customer service or contact us via email within 72 hours.
  • Services: Services like assembly and installation, expedited shipping (i.e. next day or 2nd-day shipping), and extended warranty are non-refundable.

I specifically was looking for a cushier chair due to tailbone issues, and this one is great! I can change positions to sitting crossed leg which is helpful.

The instructions for assembly weren't the best, but I was able to figure it out. One thing I would note is that the box they deliver is VERY heavy, so make sure you're prepared for that.

Only thing I dislike is the logo emblazoned on the back.

Poor Customer Service

This is my first purchase through Eureka Ergonomic and when I received the chair, after putting it together and removing the padding and protective coverings; I noticed that the seat of the chair had water damage. I reached out to customer support and all that was offered was 15% reimbursement for a $400 chair. When I said that wouldn’t work for me, and I wanted to return it, I was asked to repackage it, exactly the same as it was delivered. This has been difficult because the base of the seat will not unlatch to the part that has the wheels. I emailed customer service again and told them that I could not return in the original box because of this. I am still waiting to on a response. I wish I had been offered a replacement chair or more of a reimbursement for the damage. It is unfortunate because the chair really is comfortable but to have water damage and not be taken care of, makes me unhappy that I spent so much in a chair.

Worth the money

This chair is the most comfortable chair I could ever hope for. I got burned a few years ago when I bought a higher end desk chair that I ended up not being able to use: it caused me so much neck and back pain that it's just gathering dust. I was hesitant to spend the money on this, but it just looked so comfortable. Going on a few weeks with it, and it's still super comfortabel. Easy to put together (took me about 30 minutes, including unpacking it). I got the rolling footstool to go with it, and between the two I'm super comfortable.
