Shipping

  • Free Shipping (Lower 48 US States Only)
    We work with multiple third-party delivery partners for delivery and do not currently offer expedited or 2-day shipping. We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes.
  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

  • But if you have any concerns and wish to return the product, please reach out to our Customer Care Experts. We offer solutions to help you fix what’s wrong, so you can keep and love the things you buy. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return of all.
  • If the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, please call customer service or contact us via email within 72 hours.
  • Services: Services like assembly and installation, expedited shipping (i.e. next day or 2nd-day shipping), and extended warranty are non-refundable.
  • Note: We only accept returns if they are purchased directly from us on eurekaergonomic.com and flagship stores established in online marketplaces that are registered under the name of an Eureka Ergonomic entity. Please contact the relevant distributor if otherwise.

You had Fedx take a shipping route from Pooler Ga which is only 200 miles from my house (Seneca SC) to Calif back to Alabama to Charlotte NC and I still have not recieved my chair. Totally ridiculous. Promised on Friday the 12th did not arrive, then sent notification it would be here on Sunday the 14th, did not arrive and now the 15th has come and gone - no chair. At point where I am going to havve my credit card company get my money back
