  We work with multiple third-party delivery partners for delivery and do not currently offer expedited or 2-day shipping. We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
• Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

• If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

1. You can return Buy with Prime orders by following these steps:

• Step 1 Open the order confirmation email and choose View Order.
  
• Step 2 Choose Order Details to see the order details page.
  
• Step 3 Choose Return on the order details page. (Note: The Return button appears only after the order is delivered. )
  
• Step 4 Enter any additional information about the return, such as the reason for the return.
  
• Step 5 Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return. (When the return has been created, a return confirmation email is sent.)
  
• Step 6 From the return confirmation email, choose Print Return Label, and then attach the printed label to the package.
