We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes. - FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
- Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.

- If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

Lack of proper seat cushioning makes this chair difficult to spend any time in; causes pain in hip bones almost instantly. Seat cushioning is also too narrow with legs resting against the hard sides. The angle of the seat is also too level and would be better slightly reclined. The mount underneath the chair is too far back making it very difficult to rock backward in the chair, even with an elevating foot pad under the desk. The padding in the back of the chair is great. Everything else is very bad. I'm 6'2". 205lbs. Ordered a large or biggest one I could.

I purchased this chair when i purchase my new desk. I thought I was getting a better chair then what I had. Well the cushion on this chair isn't any better than my 99 dollar chair. I looked in to returning and they make you pay to ship it back and also charge a restocking fee. Be sure to read all reviews and look around for something that is local so you can test drive before you buy. I should be giving them a 2 star.
Great Chair considering there are only a couple reviews on it. And everyone was right. I took a chance on the Chair and was glad I did! Super comfortable, super simple, easy to put together. Great Chair for a great price!
There were not many reviews and the chair was pricey but something told me to buy it and I’m glad I did. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. A little firm they way I like it since I sit all day for work. A really nice looking chair too
