This replaced a 20 year old Herman Miller Aeron chair that was $1000 at the time. These chairs are by far much better when it comes to comfort and the ability to adjust them. Can't say enough about them. I was a little leary about purchasing one and whether or not it would be good enough to replace the one I had, but haven't looked back since. The only thing that is lacking is a manual or information about all the adjustment functions the chair has. I am still finding out things about how many different places it actually does adjust at, would have been a ton more helpful to include a manual with the chair or something on your website with a manual showing where and what things adjust and how to adjust them.

My chair is assembled and it's comfortable, but I don't have a clue how to make all the wonderful adjustments that are possible since you don't provide a manual!!! Not online or with the chair and watching a video is not a manual. Please email a manual ASAP, [****]. Thanks!

I have a bad back from military service and mild rotary scoliosis in my spine. I've had this chair long enough now to feel the difference from my old chair (which was a SecretLab) and never realized how much of my pain was literally caused by my own chair not being supportive where I needed it. As a content creator, I spend most of my day at my computer. This chair has removed all back pain and discomfort while sitting at my desk. It supports my back in all the right places while also being adjustable to fit a variety of bodies. The discomfort I feel at the end of the day due to my chronic pain has been reduced tremendously to a more tolerable baseline. I'm extremely happy with this purchase, absolutely worth every dollar. I will absolutely be recommending it to everyone I encounter who complains of gamer chair back pain.
