We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes. - FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
- Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.

- If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

Leather Seats
Super comfortable and sturdy. Took me about 5 -10 minutes to assemble, leather feels plush. Glad i went with this chair.
Great chair! Good lumbar support and enough room in the seat to pivot and not feel like your in a bucket seat. Comfortable all around for the long days of reading papers.
I love the arms and the way it locks in recline position. It is the perfect color for my husbands dark office.
The office chair arrived well packed, minimal assemble time and finished product is so comfortable! Sturdy, quality is great and well made. I bought for my husband who is tall and this chair was good for his size, has recline feature and nice arm rests that provide nice support.
