• Standard Shipping: Transit time is approximately 2-7 business days (not guaranteed). FedEx/UPS will drop off the item(s) at the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage).
• Large Items: Shipped via LTL Freight and typically arrive within 7-18 business days. The carrier will unload the item(s) at the curb or loading area, but this service does not include unpacking, assembly, or debris removal. You’ll need to move the item(s) inside, so please plan accordingly.

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

• If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.
