Would not advise

I work from home and need a good chair, nothing crazy just a solid chair. It hurt my legs after sitting in it for a day. I am a taller guy so did not work for my needs. The lumbar would not stay in position and felt like I was being pushed out the chair. Worst part is the return policy. Buyer beware, I am not returning it due to the policy. After the 25% restocking fee, the $50-$150 fee for missing packing, and the fee to ship it back would almost put me out the price of the chair and still be left with no chair. Do not buy online from a place like this.

Wish I tried it out first

That's what I get for ordering online without checking it out in person: This chair seemed to have everything I wanted/needed, but at the end of the day, it's really not as nice as it looks. In less than two weeks, the metal coil in the cushion is pronounced. The lumbar support is not really adjustable: it sticks at a set depth and can pivot up/down, but the height adjustment is worthless because if you slide it up and then so much as sneeze in it's general vicinity, it slides down. Lastly, the angle is off: I'm no ergonomics expert, so maybe that's the angle it "should" be at, but I feel like the front should be angled a couple of degrees lower. I feel like I was cheated: I thought I was getting a good deal on a nice and instead I feel like a over paid for a dressed up piece of junk. If it starts falling apart on me, I'll give it a 1-star, but at the moment, I feel a 2-star is warranted.

My order came with missing parts

My order arrived 12/6 missing wheels and gas cylinder and as of 12/17 I still don’t have my missing parts. Customer service in getting this replaced as been horrendous. I would not tell family and friends about this company so far
