Shipping

  • Free Shipping (Lower 48 US States Only)
    We work with multiple third-party delivery partners for delivery and do not currently offer expedited or 2-day shipping. We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes.
  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

  • But if you have any concerns and wish to return the product, please reach out to our Customer Care Experts. We offer solutions to help you fix what’s wrong, so you can keep and love the things you buy. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return of all.
  • If the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, please call customer service or contact us via email within 72 hours.
  • Services: Services like assembly and installation, expedited shipping (i.e. next day or 2nd-day shipping), and extended warranty are non-refundable.

Great product, reasonable pricing.

This desk is very durable as it’s quite heavy just by itself. I did not observe any damage when I unboxed it.

It’s only day 1, but I would definitely recommend this product!

Great choice of desk, with great looking lights. My son has a mouse pad and speakers that has lights that can change colors, same as the desk can. He really loves the desk!

Excellent desk for the price and space it offers

This desk came packaged very well. The instructions were simple to follow and with all the tools needed for assembly. Took about 15m maybe to assemble it. Very sturdy which I like. At first I thought it sat kind of high but once I adjusted my chair it wasn’t an issue. Don’t mind the picture as far as location I just put stuff on it to show that it has plenty of space for multiple monitors, laptop and keyboard and mouse. The mouse pad that comes with it is great as well. The RGB lights are a nice little side touch for it, only looks decent in the dark, no point to run them in daytime, although that’s my personal opinion, you can still see them fine either way.

The carbon fiber look on the wood is a nice touch as well.

Overall if you are looking for a solid sturdy desk, with RGB side lights to match the rest of your stuff. This desk is affordable and pretty awesome. You won’t be disappointed.

a great gaming table

I have been looking for a multi-purpose table for quite some time and I'm glad I found this one. This is a perfect gaming table with lots of connections and all wires are hidden underneath the table yet its compact enough for my small bedroom. unboxing and setup took me 1.5hours, not bad at all for a gaming table. very sturdy, quality materials. manual is easy to follow, just watch out for the left & right direction. overall, i like this table a lot and hope it will last for years to come. highly recommend this table for fellow gamers or people who's in market looking for a table with functions. highly recommend!
