    We work with multiple third-party delivery partners for delivery and do not currently offer expedited or 2-day shipping. We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes.
  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

  • But if you have any concerns and wish to return the product, please reach out to our Customer Care Experts. We offer solutions to help you fix what’s wrong, so you can keep and love the things you buy. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return of all.
  • If the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, please call customer service or contact us via email within 72 hours.
  • Services: Services like assembly and installation, expedited shipping (i.e. next day or 2nd-day shipping), and extended warranty are non-refundable.

Great Desk

I needed a desk with a small footprint to hold my computer. This desk was perfect as it made the corner of my office look like a the bat cave!

Good on a budget but NOT sturdy

This desk (55" version) might work if you happen to be looking to spend not very much, but with a 32" monitor and the usual (2 speakers, keyboard, mouse), the desk is VERY easily shaken. As in, it wobbles when I place my arms on it to use the keyboard or bump it ever so slightly. I'm not worried it'll tip over or something, but it's very annoying and a downgrade from my desk it's replacing (although might not be now) I'd be more upset/annoyed about it, but the desk was cheap and you get what you pay for. I thought it would be sturdier than some of their other affordable options with the K-shaped legs, but no. You're better off spending more on a higher quality desk that is sturdy.

Great desk!

Absolutely loved this desk! Perfect size and very comfortable for my son. Very easy to put together and sturdy!

Great bang for the Price

Product is great for the price. Easy to put together, and looks good. I wish it was one solid piece but it does have a split down the middle. A large trackpad will cover it

Great desk!

This desk is everything I wanted. I wanted something more secure than flimsy false wood and not as heavy as some super expensive desks are. It is wide enough for a perfect work station and has things I need such as a drink holder and a place to store the extension chord. It is also compatible with many VRSA mounts.
