How long does delivery usually take?
Typically shipping times are between a week and a week and a half.
Do you deliver to my country?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous US for orders placed on our website. However, our products are internationally through our partners and retailers. Feel free to contact us if you are not sure where to buy a specific product in your country.
Where is the package coming from?
For orders within the US, orders will ship from one of our warehouses in California, Texas, or New Jersey. There are some exceptions, so feel free to contact us if you have questions about your specific order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email or text message and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend that you track your order on the Eureka Website using the tracking number and ensuring that you’re at home to receive your order on the day of delivery.

What Is your return policy?
Items can be returned for up to 30 days for any reason for a full refund. If you need to request a refund, please contact us first before sending any merchandise back to us.

At this time, we only offer FedEx Ground Shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical showroom.

What are your products made of?
Are desks are made of P2 Furniture Grade Particle Board and the frames are made of high-strength carbon steel. All of our products and materials comply with CA Prop 65’s regulations on hazardous materials, chemicals, and formaldehydes.
