Zen Pro Series, 87"/72" Executive Standing Desk with Cabinets Set

I am very happy with my Zen Desk from Eureka! First, it arrived two weeks before promised and second when I was having trouble with the controller I called and Angie answered the phone. When I explained the problem she immediately send me an email, with a you tube link and an easy explanation on how to fix the issue. Angie took care of this quickly and without having to talk to different departments. Very unusual and very efficient! Thanks

My desk arrived with almost every component damaged. I’m a reasonable person and understand that shipping can damage furniture, but the nature of the damage really exposed how weak and low quality the materials are. The corners were crushed easily, and the materials did not hold up the way you would expect from furniture at this price point. The assembly hardware is also the same type of cam-lock / knock-down hardware commonly used in flat-pack furniture, not something you would associate with real cabinetry or premium furniture construction.

From the photos online, I expected something much more substantial and furniture-grade. Instead, it feels more like mass-produced engineered furniture with a premium price tag attached to it.

The stone slab is also weak. It arrived broken in several pieces.

The cabinet color is more red than you’d expect from the pictures.

It’s a shame because I think it’s a cool idea and has the potential to be a great statement piece. It’s tough to find a standing desk with greater than 30" depth.

Even if the desk had arrived undamaged, it should be higher quality, or the price should reflect what it actually is.

I rarely write reviews, but before someone else spends $7k on a desk and then gets stuck with it sitting unassembled in their house or office for weeks while waiting for it to be picked up, I think they should know what they’re getting.
