I like this chair very much. It is well made, with many details, and the price is not expensive.
This came extremely fast! Even quicker than the estimated ship time. Everything was also in perfect condition with no part missing. It put together easily and works like a dream. The recipient is very happy with it (& started using it right away)!
After receiving my chair, I was excited to open it, but I was disappointed to discover that it had a manufacturing defect that prevented the parts from fitting together properly. This issue affected multiple components of the chair, including the backrest, arms, and seat. I reached out to customer service, and after waiting over a week, a new seat arrived to replace the faulty part. Unfortunately, the chair's parts were still poorly constructed; the armrest still could not secure properly, along with the backrest. While the seat itself looks nice, it is uncomfortable to use.
