We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes. - FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
- Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
- Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
- Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)
- If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.
- But if you have any concerns and wish to return the product, please reach out to our Customer Care Experts. We offer solutions to help you fix what’s wrong, so you can keep and love the things you buy. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return of all.
- If the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, please call customer service or contact us via email within 72 hours.
- Services: Services like assembly and installation, expedited shipping (i.e. next day or 2nd-day shipping), and extended warranty are non-refundable.
- Note: We only accept returns if they are purchased directly from us on eurekaergonomic.com and flagship stores established in online marketplaces that are registered under the name of an Eureka Ergonomic entity. Please contact the relevant distributor if otherwise.

This desk in the end was a pretty rough experience. I took advantage of the sale that had a few weeks back. I have to say if I paid full price for this the quality would not have matched. But for the 130$ I paid I was happy enough. Halfway through assembly I screwed in the legs, flipped the desk over and realized that the screws were far too long and went through the top of the desk in two different corners. I went back and checked they were the right screws because something like this never happened to me before. But they were the right ones... I contacted customer support and they Gaslit me telling me they had never seen this before and it was my fault. The representative was dry, rude, and honestly one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've had in recent memory. After trying to get rid of me multiple times, and me refusing, they offered to replace the top of the desk provided I was willing to pay 38$ for shipping after they shipped he desk to me for free. I decided to fix the desk myself as it took way less time and money and it turned out pretty good. But go buy from somewhere else, people online have talked about the same thing happening to them as well.

This is my third Eureka Ergonomic desk. I couldn't be happier. It really stands out in my office. I also added two, Eureka Ergonomic pc carts. These things are great. I feel, a must have. The desk was easy to put together. It's just a great setup for me. I love the quality. I did my research before my first desk purchase and the choice to go with this brand just stood out above all the others. I feel the price point is great and affordable. There are too many desks out there that are just so overpriced. Overall, I'm very happy and have recommended these desks to many others.
