We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes.
  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

Item is exactly as described

Item is as described and works as intended. So far I am pleased w/ item and no complaints. Enough space for everything in my setup w/ some room to spare and I can set it low enough I dont have lift my arms to use (I am 5'5").

Absolutely amazing desk!!

This gaming desk far exceeded my expectations. The only thing I can say, others need to consider before purchasing is that if they are also in need of an adjustable desk, this one is done by manually removing two screws from each leg in order to make the needed height adjustment, and then screws need to manually be reinstalled to secure the adjusted legs. It is better to lift and carry the table to a futon or sofa to lean table over safely or flip it over on it's top onto the cushions to make the necessary height adjustments.Also, the cable management covers are useless. I suggest measuring the opening and ordering what you like to replace those provided. I am going to do so in the near future.

Nice desk

Very nice ergonomic home office desk for the price (also purchased the keyboard tray and dual monitor arms). Has some challenges aligning the two desktop pieces when following the step in the order written. Only complaint so far is the desk seems stable (won't tip), but it does wobble with a little push. I've always had a challenge getting a desk and keyboard tray that fit me. I think I've finally found the solution.

Solid Height Adjustable Desk for the price

If you are looking for a desk and trying to find the cheapest adjustable desk, this is probably what you¡¯re looking for. It¡¯s easy to assemble as well. When you are assembling it, make sure you screw the screw all tightly so that the desk does not shake when you are moving it.Does well for PC Gaming.
