We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes. - FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
- Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)
- If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.
- But if you have any concerns and wish to return the product, please reach out to our Customer Care Experts. We offer solutions to help you fix what’s wrong, so you can keep and love the things you buy. Because sometimes no return is the easiest return of all.
- If the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, please call customer service or contact us via email within 72 hours.
- Services: Services like assembly and installation, expedited shipping (i.e. next day or 2nd-day shipping), and extended warranty are non-refundable.

It’s a beautiful comfortable chair. It’s a great color and amazing quality. It’s exactly as described on the site. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions provided. If you’re looking for a beautiful chair for an office, this is the one.
I'm only a few hours in with my new Preston and I'm in love. I pretty much feel stupid that I wasted time and money sitting for the past 5 years on such an uncomfortable chair until now. I thought my previous one was decent (costing $500) but now going from the Preston and back to it, it seems like a joke and waste of money. This is even more exacerbated by having been 100% WFH for the past 3 years now, ugh!
This is a nice looking chair, but it is poorly built. The norm rests are falling off and the rollers are bending over
