Onyx, Ergonomic Office Chair

Great office chair! Very high quality and I am impressed with the quality for the price!

Instructions were very clear, assembly took about half an hour. Packaging was awesome. The color coding was much appreciated. The chair looks nice, it will make a nice computer chair.
The seat is not super comfortable, and I’m not sure what makes this ergonomic. The arm rests can flip up, but are not adjustable. The lumbar support is nice, it can be adjusted up or down.
My favorite part is that the chair can rock back.
I think the chair is a little pricey for what it is. It’s nice but it didn’t blow me away.

I needed new chair for work. This was perfect, so easy to assemble. Great value.

An sich sitze ich auf dem einfachen und schlicht gestalteten Stuhl sehr gut. Beim Aufbau gab es allerdings ein Problem, da eines der Löcher für eine der Schrauben nicht sauber ausgearbeitet war. Mehr als drei Sterne kann ich daher nicht vergeben.

Die Details:
- der Stuhl kam sicher verpackt bei mir an
- er roch zunächst etwas unangenehm nach Kunststoff, nach etwas Lüften hat sich der Geruch glücklicherweise gelegt und ich rieche nichts unangenehmes mehr
- der Aufbau war alleine zu bewältigen, zu zweit geht es aber sicherlich einfacher und etwas schneller
- die Anleitung ist ok
- beim Anbringen der Platte zum Verstellen der Höhe fiel mir leider auf, dass eines der Löcher nicht sauber gearbeitet war, wodurch sich die Schraube nicht so tief eindrehen ließ wie die anderen drei, dadurch stand die Platte auf einer Seite ab (siehe Fotos). Ein Familienmitglied konnte das Problem lösen, da sie die richtige Maschine dazu hat, die mir fehlte. Dieser Makel muss natürlich in die Bewertung einfließen. Funktioniert hat das Verstellen der Höhe übrigens trotz des Problems gut
- der Stuhl ist in den Verstellmöglichkeiten eher einfach. Nur die Höhe kann verstellt werden, nicht aber die Neigung der Rückenlehne oder die Höhe der Armlehnen
- man sitzt auf dem Stuhl an sich gut und auch die Rollen leisten eine überzeugende Arbeit (harter Boden)
- die Verarbeitung der Rückenlehne und des Sitzteils ist sauber und gut

This office chair comes flat packed so some basic assembly is needed. You get everything you need inside the box including the fixing tools. I competed the assembly on my own and it took me around 30 mins, i found the instructions to be fairly clear and accurate. Once assembled the chair looks super smart. The seat cushion is a little hard at first, but i suspect once it has been used for a few weeks it will soften up. The back is a really comfortable mesh which allows for air to circulate around your body. At the bottom of the back rest is a lumber support cushion which flexes as you move - i really liked this addition as i felt like the bottom of my back was well supported. The arms are good quality and have small cushion pads. They also rotate fully backward so we were able to slide this under out small office desk without issue. The chairs height and position can be fully adjusted using the arms underneath the seat.

In summary this is a very well made chair which looks great in our small home office. Very pleased with this product.
