How does using my HSA/FSA save me money?

Because HSA/FSA funds are pre-tax, you're getting more purchasing power for your dollars. Rather than pay taxes on income and then spend it on health items, qualified customers can use pre-tax funds to invest in their health.

Amazing!

I had seen this chair all over the internet
and kept waiting...then finally decided to purchase it. I'm so glad I did - the quality is excellent and the notch. The chair is so comfortable and really elevates the look of my office. I'm incredibly pleased with it and look forward to many years of enjoyable work to come.

It's truly worth the purchase.

I almost passed on this because I expected genuine leather at this price, but the breathable material is a real bargain for long workdays. The polished back and S-shaped spine are so beautiful that I finally decided on it, but upon receiving it, the adaptive lumbar support and adjustable headrest are the real highlights—it feels like it's custom-made for my upper body.

The chair arrived in a large box, and the packaging provided excellent protection-neither the frame nor the fabric upholstery showed a single scratch or dent. The off-white cushioned fabric feels soft to the touch and features a subtle,fine-grained texture. It has been a long time since I purchased a product I was this satisfied with for days after receiving it, I found myself wanting to stay seated in the chair constantly. That might sound a bit exaggerated, but it is absolutely true.

Might Have to Buy a Second One
I bought this for my home office, but now I have to fight my wife for it. She says it's the only chair that doesn't make her hips sore. I guess that's the highest praise you can give!

Stylish Comfort That Fits Right In
I wanted a chair that didn't scream "office" , and this one fits seamlessly with my walnut desk and mid-century décor..
The clean silhouette and rich leather tone add warmth without feeling flashy, and it honestly makes me look forward to sitting down to work.
It's a relief to invest in a piece I won't need to replace in a year-quality like this is hard to find.

A great value, highly used chair
This chair is an incredible value and I use it all the time. lf you want a truly comfortable chair that's far better than those faux-leather vinyl ones, this is the one to get. The craftsmanship is excellent, and you can tell the company really stands behind their product. You won't find a stronger or better-built frame. Buying from this company is absolutely worth every penny.

The Office Chair That Feels as Good as It Looks

I also care a lot about how furniture fits into a space, and this chair does that effortlessly. The combination of wood veneer and leather blends seamlessly with the warm tones of my study’s wood-framed windows and shelves. Instead of sticking out like a piece of “office equipment,” it feels like it elevates the entire room. Friends who visit can’t resist trying it out, and they always comment that it feels like sitting in a high-end executive office.

For me, this chair is more than just a tool for work. It’s part of the ritual that makes working from home feel intentional. Sitting down in it every morning signals the start of my day, and leaning back in it after work helps me unwind.

If you spend long hours working from home, or if you’re looking for a statement piece that enhances both comfort and design in your space, this chair is absolutely worth considering.

How Truemed Works

What are HSA and FSA accounts?

Health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) are programs that allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses. They're typically set up through your employer or your insurance company.

What is Truemed?

Truemed partners with merchants and brands to enable qualified customers to use HSA/FSA funds on products and services that are used to treat, mitigate, or prevent a diagnosed medical condition. Truemed partners with a network of practitioners who evaluate customers' eligibility and issue Letters of Medical Necessity to qualifying customers. For more information, send an email to support@truemed.com.

When should I use my HSA/FSA dollars?

You can use your HSA/FSA funds throughout the year. FSA funds may expire at the end of your plan year, depending on your plan. Be sure to check your plan details and use any remaining funds before your applicable deadline.

Can I use my HSA/FSA at Eureka Ergonomic?

Qualified customers may be able to use HSA/FSA funds on eligible Eureka Ergonomic products by choosing Truemed as a payment method at checkout. Eligibility is determined through Truemed's quick health check during checkout.

Truemed is for qualified customers. HSA/FSA tax savings vary. Learn more at truemed.com/disclosures

I saw "HSA/FSA Eligible" on my order confirmation. Does that mean I'm approved for reimbursement?

Not yet. The order confirmation indicates you have the option to apply for HSA/FSA reimbursement through Truemed. After clicking "Get Reimbursed," you'll complete a health assessment that Truemed's licensed practitioners will review to determine your individual eligibility. Eureka Ergonomic does not determine eligibility.

What is a Letter of Medical Necessity, and how is this compliant?

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a formal document issued by a licensed clinician on Truemed’s provider network. It attests that a specific product or service is medically necessary to treat, mitigate, or prevent a diagnosed health condition.

Are there fees associated with using Truemed's services?

There is no cost to you, as long as you are shopping with a Truemed partner merchant.

How long does it take for me to receive my Letter of Medical Necessity?

Timing varies. Truemed will notify you after review. If you don’t see an update, check your spam folder or contact support@truemed.com for assistance.

Do I need to take Truemed's survey every time I make a purchase from Eureka Ergonomic?

If you have already received a Letter of Medical Necessity for purchasing ergonomic office products, you do not need to complete Truemed's survey again so long as your Letter of Medical Necessity remains valid. Letters of Medical Necessity are typically valid for 12 months after they are first issued. You do still need to submit your receipts for reimbursement with your HSA/FSA administrator.

How long does HSA or FSA reimbursement take?

Reimbursement timing varies by HSA/FSA administrator. Check with your administrator for specific processing times.

I don’t have an HSA/FSA. Can I still benefit from Truemed?

Truemed is designed for customers using HSA or FSA funds. If you don’t currently have an HSA or FSA, check your benefits options for more information.

I don’t live in the US. Can I still get reimbursed with Truemed?

Unfortunately, Truemed is currently only available in the United States.

What if my reimbursement is rejected by my administrator?

Please contact Truemed at support@truemed.com so they can help you troubleshoot the issue. HSA/FSA plan administrators often have detailed requirements, so it may be as simple as re-issuing your Letter of Medical Necessity using the administrator's form.
