    We work with multiple third-party delivery partners for delivery and do not currently offer expedited or 2-day shipping. We have two default delivery services, limited to the lower 48 US states only. large item(s) is typically delivered via LTL freight shipping, and general item(s) is delivered via FedEx/UPS. It cannot be delivered to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Customers in such areas will be charged additional shipping fees. Please consult customer service for shipping quotes.
  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

You get what you pay for.

Buying furniture online is always a crap shoot. That said, the Ark L60 I purchased 100% exceeded my expectations. Not only is it made very well, the finish is exactly like the photos and quality is what you would hope for at this price point. Desk shipped quickly and was packaged to protect the desk from any harm. Custom high density foam around every part, boxed, and wooden crated for shipment. Totally worth the expense and looks fabulous in my office. Very upscale and classy for a stand up desk.

I am really impressed with the quality of this desk. Everything seems overly designed even down to the packaging. Which makes it seem so well built once put together. The riser is also so smooth and easy to operate.

Looooove this desk!

Really needed an L-shaped desk that converted from sitting to standing AND was not super long on both sides. This was perfect! The controls work smoothly drawers are soft close. The wood tone in the photos is true to reality. Only extra nice to have would have been to have some sort of discreet wire management running along the side of the desk - particularly since it must be plugged in for the lift feature to work. Enjoy!!
