  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

The Perfect Standing Desk

My husband loves his new desk! It’s well made and looks just like the photos online! Customer service was responsive and helped work through a couple issues with assembly. The desk is very heavy and requires complex set up so I recommend purchasing white glove service to assemble it for you.

Works as Intended

This is a nice, solid desk. Assembly took less than 2 hours by myself, being extra careful that I had things oriented properly before doing anything. Assembly directions were clear and easy to follow.
Mechanical up and down has been very smooth and I appreciate the 4 memory settings. My husband and I have a significant height difference and we can each have our standing and sitting height pre-programmed in.

Amazing Desk, but with some complications

Overall very happy with my purchase. A few things to note:

1. Delivery and setup-Desk is really really heavy so you will need multiple people to set up the desk.

2. Quality-Overall quality is good, but quality of desktop is better than the cabinets (the cabinets are made out of wood and I had a few scratches/dents).

3. Customer service-Excellent customer service, they went the extra mile for me and I really appreciated it.

4. Delivery time-May take some time to receive the desk, as they don't keep a lot in stock.

I would overall give a 4.5 out of 5 (given that they initially sent me a desk with a cracked table top, which had to be replaced, and also b/c the cabinet had some nicks and scratches and is average quality). You really are paying for the stone table top and standing/sitting mechanism, which works well and is beautiful.

I am really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this desk to others. And again cannot emphasize the customer service, they are wonderful to work with.

Perfect for staying organized!

I tend to let papers and random office supplies pile up on my desk, but the storage in this one has been a lifesaver. The cabinet
is great for keeping my books and files nearby but out of the way. It’s helped me keep my workspace tidy, and that’s honestly made my workdays feel much less chaotic!

Awesome desk, great product and brand

I wanted to upgrade my previous L desk to a sit-stand variety and I’m very pleased with this one. My general thoughts about the actual product are very positive. I’ve had this desk for a couple of weeks and I’m happy to say that it has had zero issues thus far. It raises and lowers smoothly, with no hiccups, you can save a sitting and standing position of your choosing, and toggle through a few other settings at your discretion.
