Great chair so far. Easy to assemble, very comfortable. I haven't owned or used it long enough to evaluate durability, but it seems substantial and sturdy, so I don't anticipate any problems. Customer service has been excellent and very proactive throughout the process.

I was hesitant to spend this much on a chair online without ever sitting in it (I know there are more expensive chairs, but still). I have had no regrets buying this chair. It's very comfortable. I have no back trouble. It fits really well in my space. Also, it works perfect for having my small dog who wants to sit in my chair.

After purchasing a few office supply shop chairs ranging in price from $99 to $349 and never enjoying sitting at my desk for more than an hour at a time.
