Scratched leather surface

I opened the box, I saw multiple scratches on the leather surface. I emailed customer service, they didn’t do any action even they didn’t accepted.

This is actually a really nice desk. The quality is much better than most furniture you buy these days. The way the desk rises is very smooth and relatively quiet. Elegant. I was very pleasantly surprised with this
