Dual Monitor Arm

To be clear, I LOVE my Eureka desk.

I also talked to Eureka support before purchasing to make sure this mount was compatible; they said it was.

It's not. The built in mounting area on my desk (pic below) does NOT align with the dual arm mount.

Then I thought, at least I can mount using the clamps. Nope - because the glass top of the desk extends too far from the frame, and the frame itself is too thin to support the clamps.

My only hope is to drill holes in the desk metal mounting support that align to the mount - which means new drill bits and manual effort.

Otherwise, I wasted all my money on this mount.

For the record, I'm outside my return window and I'm not expecting anything from this. Just want to warn others to learn from my experience.

This arm fits my desk perfectly. It only takes 15 minutes to finish the whole installation. It holds the weight steady without any wobble at all.

It attaches easily to my Gaming Desk, and holds my two Asus monitors very well. They're easily adjustable and were easy to install. All in all, great purchase.

It was easy to install, and I haven't experienced any wobbling issues after using it for a month. However, you might want to pay attention to monitor compatibility; my brother's monitor was too large to fit properly, but my two 27-inch monitors work perfectly with it.

This particular dual monitor arm product was marketed as “buy more, save more” directly under the desk I was purchasing, leading me to think that with the click of a button I’d get another product that was compatible with that desk. I had wanted a dual monitor arm so great, I didn’t have to go look any further. Not so fast - it turns out after receiving the product, it’s NOT compatible! The worst part is I’m now being charged return shipping and a restocking fee for returning the item because it didn’t my desk!

Support team response was that it didn’t explicitly indicate it was compatible. My response was it didn’t explicitly say it wasn’t compatible while being directly marketed below the product (desk) I was purchasing with a “buy more, save more” opportunity.
