  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

wheels do not stay on

I have spent over an hour trying to attach wheels. Talked to the company and they sent me a 15-second video demonstrating inserting wheels. All it shows is someone wiggling a wheel. I tried wiggling the wheels and they still fall out. Very frustrated. I believe the wheels are defective. They told me to send a film of wheels falling out. I do not know how to film I asked the company to send me another set of wheels. I looked at requirements for returning footstool and it says it must not have been assembled. (I have not assembled ) They make it hard to return They are not responding to my request even though they read my e-mail.

perfect size top for a compact yet still roomy enough top

If you're using this as an ottoman to put your legs up, then it matters that it's large enough area for what ever way it's comfortable to arrange your legs. But I also needed it to be more compact than the big ottoman it was replacing, and which I don't have room for. Someone at Eureka must have sweat the details because it is spacious enough that I don't have to perch my legs carefully or worry about how I move around while using it. Yet it's less than half the size of my previous ottoman, so it does the whole job in half the space.
The other thing that matters for an ottoman the height should match your chair. A bit too low or high can result in an uncomfortable ottoman. The Eureka's adjustable height from about 14.5" to 17.5" puts it at exactly the range that fits most arm chairs, and matches height with most ottomans. I had planned to adjust it and leave it, but I've found that a change-up is comfortable for the legs when working so I use the adjustment.
The base is a well-cast fibre reinforced composite with good finishing and clean edges--the rollers and gas-charged column fit tightly but easily and it all stays together well. The top is well stitched quality pu vinyl with firm padding that is still soft enough the edges won't bother your legs. You never can tell when you might get some dodgy black plastic stuff with indifferent fittings but this Eureka multi-use stool is all quality top to bottom. A glance at the Eureka Ergonomic online catalog is what made me trust they pay attention to performance and quality in their gaming furniture.

I bought this as a task chair, I was worried, but I love it!

Super easy to assemble. It has nice firm support, I bought it to use as a task chair and so far I love it. WARNING, I am short, 5'2", I feel like it is perfect for me, but it might not be perfect for someone much taller than I am. I am having my desk lowered a bit to fit the chair height and to fit my size better.
