This filing cabinet is not only beautiful but also very practical! I’ve been looking for a filing cabinet that complements my desk, and I’m lucky it fits perfectly. The cabinet is very stable, and the drawer space is well-designed, making it easy to use.

Quality Issues with the File Cabinet

I've purchased several quality items from this company, so its frustrating to write this review.

The file cabinet I received has several issues regarding the quality of the product. The drawers do not fully close, the drawers do not sit correctly, and the top drawer and bottom drawer hit each other while the other is closing.

We spoke with customer on the phone with after assembling the file cabinet and noticing these issues. During the call we were assured they would be able to help us with a refund or replacement product. After filing the refund request, we've been going back and forth with customer service for several weeks and not getting any closer to resolution. The solutions they're proposing do not seem to be serious attempts to fix the situation.

Its frustrating to spend money on a product that does not work as intended and then Eureka does not stand behind that product. Its disappointing because the other items I've bought from them have function properly and look great. At this point, I can't in good conscious recommend this company based on my current experiences.
