  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

Heavy, very heavy

This cabinet looks very nice in my office. Putting it together is not a one person job. There are lots of steps and pieces. It is really heavy once put together. The glass front is great for displaying items. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

This cabinet is a great for the price! Heads up it takes quite a while to put together but the instructions are good, and comprehensive. I was worried when the package arrived a little beat up, but it is very well packed inside the box and all the parts were safe and sound.

Good cabinet

I'm happy with it. It has a lot of room and is attractive. I have it in the office. I wouldn't have been able to put it together myself but had someone who is good at those things do it and the directions were good and they didn't have a problem putting to together. It's a relatively heavy piece of furniture so I think it takes some strength to do it. There is nothing a dislike about it. I was expecting what I got based on the photos and reviews on line and am very pleased.
