• Standard Shipping: Transit time is approximately 2-7 business days (not guaranteed). FedEx/UPS will drop off the item(s) at the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage).
• Large Items: Shipped via LTL Freight and typically arrive within 7-18 business days. The carrier will unload the item(s) at the curb or loading area, but this service does not include unpacking, assembly, or debris removal. You’ll need to move the item(s) inside, so please plan accordingly.

• Obvious Shipping Damage
  If you receive any LTL shipment and notice any damages to the outer cartons, please refuse the delivery immediately, do not sign any paperwork provided by the carrier, and contact us right away.
