Smart Collision Sensor Technology

Here are the reasons why:
- Order placed Aug 6, 2025
- Order delivery scheduled 08/16/2025
- Broken item / missing pieces were initially delivered under the "white glove service" that I purchased. So the delivery company took the items back to warehouse.
- I immediately reached out to Eureka Ergonomics to tell them about the issues & see what my options were; it took me about 3 days to even get an answer back. My first message from them was: "I've received an update from our warehouse team, and they've confirmed that our carrier attempted to deliver your order over the weekend, but the delivery was unsuccessful. If there's anything we can help you with your order, please let us know."...which clearly indicates disregard for the inquiry and details I had already sent over.
- They claimed that their customer service or "support" portal was not receiving my emails.
- After 7 days of back and forth (calls from Eureka to their billing department, to the warehouse team, etc.), they decided that they would send me a replacement.
- After I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, they said "we have already processed a refund of $50 for you"...out of $2,072.89 (???).
- After I had specifically asked to ensure there was the "white glove" service that I had originally paid for (aka assembly). Their response was: ", I’ve already informed our warehouse team about the White Glove Service as per your original order. No further action is needed on your end—we’ll make sure it's handled accordingly."
- Upon delivery of this replacement desk, the delivery team simply left it in the office room. No assembly. AKA (1) not what I had originally paid for and (2) not what the customer service team said would be the case.
In summary: Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced.

First, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and offer our sincerest apologies. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during the replacement and installation process and fully understand your feelings.
Due to an oversight in our delivery and installation arrangements for your reissued order, we were unable to schedule a 'white glove' installation visit as scheduled. We deeply regret this and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We are currently reviewing and optimizing our processes internally to prevent similar incidents from occurring again. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding and value your feedback, which provides valuable insights for our team to continuously improve.
