  • FedEx/UPS will dropped off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Transit time for free standard shipping varies from 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
  • Free LTL freight delivery is Curbside Drop-Off, transit time for free standard shipping varies from 7-18 business days and is not guaranteed. Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays. The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or garbage removal. Due to the large volume and weight of the product, you may need some assistance from a family member or friend for the removal of the item(s) from the curbside to your house.
  • Paid upgrade services: We can provide upgrade services, including white gloves or other delivery services, if upgrading services it may cause extra charges. And for more detail please contact our customer service.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, You have 30 days after delivery to return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s) and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law. A restocking fee will apply.

Adorable!

Seems sturdy, easy to put together, i love the aesthyetic design of it and it fit in with the rest of the room perfectly. You can use it for legal or letter size paper.

Tough to assemble but all the pieces fit.

Looks really nice! Took me and my husband about 1.5 hours to assemble. The drawer slides are the hard part. It's tough but they work once you get it right. It looks good in my space. Trying to find pieces to match the light color, which I like.

For the money this file cabinet can't be beat. Very good in material and finish. It did take quite awhile to assemble.

Looks amazing but is not easy to assemble

This looks amazing and feels sturdy once assembled. Great value for your money! Drawer size is nice and large.
The assembly is not easy. It took us 2 hours to finish. A lot of steps, and a lot of brainpower. If you follow every step correctly, your drawers will work perfect but if you make one mistake on the tracks, the door stopping mechanism or misuse of the wrong piece the drawer will be faulty.
