Footstool with Wheels

I brought this for under my desk to rest my leg on. I had a botched knee surgery and forever disabled so i cant sit for long past 20 min with my leg down. i love it especially on Teams mtgs that are long. Its sturdy, well made, adjustable, aesthetically pleasing, great buy i need another one for my job.

its very nice, comfortable stool. I refer it to others .Shipping was good at time packing was safe , assembling was easy in five minutes . I am impressed by footstool quality .

I bought this for a foot stool and because I have a sit stand desk and use it to roll around under the desk while doing Wire maintenance. since this is adjustable, I can go low while under the desk, and raise it up for the foot stool. I am going to buy one more for a Gift. Love it.

I was what I wanted but, it wouldn't raise up as high as I would've liked? 🤔 But... overall it gets the job done.

I have spent over an hour trying to attach wheels. Talked to the company and they sent me a 15-second video demonstrating inserting wheels. All it shows is someone wiggling a wheel. I tried wiggling the wheels and they still fall out. Very frustrated. I believe the wheels are defective. They told me to send a film of wheels falling out. I do not know how to film I asked the company to send me another set of wheels. I looked at requirements for returning footstool and it says it must not have been assembled. (I have not assembled ) They make it hard to return They are not responding to my request even though they read my e-mail.
